COVID-19 Office Update

May 1, 2020

Dear Patients:

Keith D. Jorgensen, MD, Professional Association provides an essential service and has remained open for urgent ENT evaluation during the COVID-19 public health emergency. We are re-opening our office for routine, non-urgent patient care on May 4th, 2020. We will continue to offer telemedicine services so that you can be evaluated and treated by an ENT provider without having to leave your home or health care facility.

The local community hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers are preparing to return to more normal operations during the next few weeks. Phase I, which includes some elective surgery, providing there is no new surge of COVID-19 cases.

Our Allergy department will be open during our regular business hours for allergy testing, allergy shots and will continue to make serum for those patients who do home allergy shots. Please call the office with any specific allergy evaluation or treatment related questions, or to order new serum.

Our Audiology department will be open during our regular business hours to evaluate hearing loss, and to provide hearing aid fittings and hearing aid repairs or upgrades. Please call the office to arrange a hearing test, hearing aid repair, or for any hearing related procedures.

Dr. Jorgensen will be available daily to evaluate patients in the office or by telemedicine appointment.

Michael McCarthy, PA-C will be available for telemedicine evaluation daily.

We understand about the continued concerns of COVID-19 infection in public places, even at our office. We want to assure you that our staff continue to use the CDC screening protocols and our already extremely rigid sterilization standards in the office to reduce the risk of transmission to our outstanding team and to you, our valued patient.

When you need to visit our office, we ask that you call ahead. You may be asked to wait outside or in your car and be notified via text message or telephone when your exam room is available after checking in with our staff.

If you have a fever, cough, respiratory illness and/or have been around someone who may have come in contact with COVID-19, please call to discuss your upcoming appointment and/or surgery with our office at 603-432-8104. We work in close proximity with all patients and continue to take the necessary precautions to make the office a safe environment for everyone that we service.

We look forward to continuing to show our care for you and everyone in our community. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
