About Us

Keith D. Jorgensen, M.D.
Dr. Jorgensen graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Rush Medical College. He completed a year of general surgical internship at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boston. His specialty training was obtained in the Boston Combined Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery residency program at Boston University and Tufts Medical School. During training his other hospital affiliations included Lahey Clinic, Children’s Hospital Medical Center, New England Medical Center, Boston Floating Hospital, Boston City Hospital, and Boston VA Medical Center. He is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and an associate member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Since 1985 he has been in private practice in Derry, New Hampshire, and has medical staff privileges at Parkland Medical Center, Elliot Hospital, Catholic Medical Center and Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center.

 

Michael McCarthy, PA

Mr McCarthy graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. He received his Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Manchester, NH (previously Notre Dame College) in December of 2000 and joined our practice in January of 2001. He has a previous background in Emergency Medicine and is a medical provider for a local NH SWAT team as well.

 

Drue A. Lorenz, PA-C

Mr. Lorenz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of New Hampshire. He continued his education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where he completed his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. We are pleased to include him as a valuable member of our staff.

 

Michele A. McCarthy, Au.D.

Dr. McCarthy graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters Degree in Audiology. She earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry School of Audiology. Her internship was completed at the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. She completed her fellowship at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston, Massachusetts, and she joined our staff in May of 2005.

 

Meghan Peschiera, Au.D.

Dr. Peschiera received her Doctorate in Audiology from Gallaudet University in Washington DC and her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Loyola College in Maryland. She has trained at several hospitals along the East coast, including Children’s Hospital Boston, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Upon completing her doctorate, she worked at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego prior to joining Professional Hearing Management in January 2014.
